All About Me

My passion has always been helping people. I love to listen and hear the heart of people as they share their life with me. I have been privileged to work with many in my capacity as Spiritual Mentor and Life Coach at a local university as well as educating students about mental health in my role as Community Wellness Coordinator.

I have a Master of Divinity as well as many certifications in religious trauma, mental health courses, suicide prevention training, grief training and life coach training. Ask me for a detailed list. I have started and run a successful face painting business.

I am a wife of an elementary school teacher and mother of three amazing adult children. I am an artist painting with acrylics. My work, which can be seen on this site, is available for sale at www.validart.ca.
